Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–4 hours of being placed during business hours on weekdays. Orders placed outside of business hours will be processed the following business day Monday - Friday.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We ship throughout New Zealand using tracked NZ Post services.

Under $100 NZD $6.00 flat rate
$100 NZD and over Free shipping

Rural delivery surcharge: An additional $5.70 applies to rural delivery addresses. Rural addresses are identified automatically at checkout using your delivery address.

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch. Rural deliveries may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, public holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel via the carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within New Zealand only and do not offer international shipping at this stage. For International purchases please email us at info@greatkiwibook.store
  • We are able to ship to PO Boxes.
